On further thought regarding the HoT storyline, if they were going to kill some major character off, which one would you have picked?
If the overall story arc is still the same, then Caithe and Rylock are off the chopping block for Destiny's Edge characters, since they had big roles in the plot, or as a demo for the new class.
Of the newer characters, Kasmeer & Marjory seems to be Anet's pet pair, and Canach seems to be very popular, so they're probably off the chopping block too.
So that leaves: Eir, Zojja, and Logan from DE, and Braham & Rox from the newer characters. Logan would be an interesting choice since a lot of the fans dislike him (and they killed off Trahearne for seemingly that reason), but his death doesn't seem like it would impact anyone except maybe Rytlock. Killing off Zojja would make sense from an OOC perspective, since they're not going to be able to afford her voice actor very often and that constrains the use of her character, and it would impact Taimi. Lastly, killing off Braham would be an interesting choice, impacting Eir and maybe leading up to her taking over command of the Pact as opposed to Logan.
