No, chugging alcohol will not cure COVID-19.(ˉ▽ˉ；)...

Best response if you have flu-like symptoms is to drink lots of water, get a lot of sleep, stay in bed as much as possible, keep the rooms ventilated, and hope your immune system can fight the virus off without destroying the rest of your body.
