As a disclaimer, I am not a medical professional.

And in my non-professional opinion, there is actually something wrong with that woman. She is either stoned out of her mind, or is suffering some kind of mental decline. Either way, she doesn't seem fit to hold any kind of leadership role.

My favorite part is when she offers up other people's lives, without their consent, to be a "control group."

Either she has some kind of medical issue or she's one hell of a politician and is intentionally fucking with the media knowing this will earn her brownie points with the far right/alt-right. Either way, she's putting people's lives in danger.
