I've reached the stage of turning my brain off and reading terrible fic and going "omg, if you're too embarrassed to call a penis a 'penis', then it's time to reconsider whether you ought to be writing porn!"

Long rant short: if you're embarrassed by sex and kink, you are not ready to write it, I don't care how old you are.

Also, I'm really tired of the constant mystification of sex. Libido is like any other biological urge, it's really not that special. I really need the adults in the room to start treating sex the same way they treat eating and breathing. Y'all need to stop using "think of the children" as an excuse for your own immaturity.

(This brought on by reading too many fics where the author is clearly embarrassed by their own kinks.)

As far as I'm concerned, EN fandom doesn't exist for HSR. (I swear, if I read one more person calling DHIL "Daniel", I'm going to flip a table.)

Like DHIL = 5 star Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae to separate from 4 star Dan Heng
So Dan Heng IL = Dan-I.L. = Daniel.
But yeah, using it in conversation is bad, unless it's an AU that the fandom so loves to do.

His name isn't Dan, tho'. It's 丹恒. Both characters are important in terms of the character's identity. It's just another case of anglos not bothering to learn how another language works before coming up with stupid fan nicknames.
