Wednesday, July 22nd, 2020 13:55So, life is generally terrible. Thank goodness we have people who were kind enough to upload their copy of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy read by Stephen Moore onto YouTube.
The US might have COVID-19 case numbers over 4 million and deaths have exceeded 140k (which is more than the number of Americans that died in World War I), but at least we can temporarily forget about it for two hours while we get lost in the space adventures of Ford Prefect and Arthur Dent. And sure, there are plenty of other audiobook versions that are more faithful to the book, but Stephen Moore's narration will always be superior. It's a shame they never digitized this version, since I'm fairly certain they would've sold like hotcakes.
