OK, now I'm angry.

I was sympathetic, but now you, Ukraine, have made me mad. How dare you claim that China's air force wouldn't have modernized without your "help"? What "help" are you talking about? The fact that China spent money buying your tech after the Soviet Union fell apart? A business deal that you happily accepted, but then decided last year it wasn't good enough anymore and nationalized the companies with Chinese investment, giving you an excuse to no longer sell the jet engines to China, citing "national security" reasons?

That's the "help" you offered. Help that China bought with money. And then you reneged. That's not called fucking "help". It's called trade, and one that fell apart in 2021. China's not fucking obligated to save you just because you sold China some jet engines and then cut off the damn supply after taking China's money. Fuck off.

You want Chinese help? Pay back the money you fucking owe the Chinese investors first.
