OMFG Dreamwidth get your shit together

I just spent 1.5 hours writing up a recommendation list that got eaten by Dreamwidth's stupid system because the login cookie timed out and THE ENTIRE DRAFT IS LOST! It didn't even give me a warning that I'm getting logged out or anything, and when it said I'm not logged in and I signed in, THE SYSTEM LOST MY DRAFT SOMEHOW.

I'M THE THE SAME GODDAMN BROWSER TAB HOW DO YOU LOSE THE DRAFT YOU FUCKING DECREPIT SYSTEM?!

So.

Note to all, if you ever find yourself being prompted to login by Dreamwidth, COPY&PASTE all your stuff into Notepad or something before logging into the site OR IT WILL EAT YOUR WORK.

At least fucking prompt the user to refresh their login before the cookie expires, for fuck's sake, Dreamwidth! This is why your platform can't grow. It is literally broken!

Edit: Also, why am I getting captcha validation after login? I thought the whole point of captcha is to target illegitimate accounts?
