So, does anyone actually use the Rich Text Editor?

Maybe I've been too used to coding my updates at this point, but I'm curious, have people actually used the Rich Text editor and is it superior to the markdown/html system? Like, maybe for micro entries or entries involving a lot of hyperlinking, it might be better to use markdown/html for more precise formatting, but for bigger entries, like fic updates or stuff, is the Rich Text Editor superior? Especially if one needs to go back to fix some formatting when noticing typos?
