Am glad to see someone come out to make the point that "google it" or "it's not my job to educate you" is not the ideal response to questions about social justice. Because yes, of course there are always trolls and sea lions who will try to wear you down and they don't deserve the attention, but...maybe don't start the conversation if you're not ready to finish it? Like, OK, I get it, you don't like to see the Thing, but if you're going to be jumping in to "call out" the Thing, then you should already have a list of links ready to copy-paste in anticipation of the inevitable "can you explain Thing" question you'll be getting.

Because, y'know, it's the internet.

And this is why real activism happens offline.🙄
