OK, so I kinda actually like this one...-ish.

Pros:

• Good grammar, good writing

• Genuinely fun AU, because instead of many lazy AUs that sets the story in the modern day, it went the other direction and made a folklore AU. Very appropriate given the setting for the Xianzhou arc.

• Playing with reincarnation and Chinese mythology, also Dan Feng is an actual dragon. This amuses me.

Cons:

• JY bottoming again. *sigh* This guy can't seem to catch a break.

Also I've been distracted by Blade/JY ship and the fics there are...up and down. JY gets to top a little more, but the stories tend to be even more off in its own world and removed from canon events.

What I don't understand is why JY gets to top the psycho killer, but has to bottom to the dude with a boob window. WTF fandom? What even goes on in your little brains?

Might I suggest searching for 景恒 instead of 恒景 if you don't want to read JY bottoming? The order of the names does actually indicate who's topping.

JY tops so little in fandom that, at this point, I'm going with anything that has him in it. I'll be happy just to find fic with him as the focus rather than as a convenient sex toy for male gacha pull flavor-of-the-week...
