Last thing I needed was to listen to a gay white American man arguing for 30 minutes how:

b) SK8 Infinity is somehow "not gay" because the two characters spend like 5 seconds in the entire 12-episode run flirting with women and that equates to "canon straight". WTF even...HAVE YOU EVER BOTHERED TO STUDY A GAY CULTURE THAT ISN'T AMERICAN?! Langa literally confesses his romantic feelings for Reki in the last episode. Langa's mother thought he was talking about a girl until Langa cleared it up. Joe literally princess carries Cherry. These are all canonical gay indicators FFS do you even BL?

I fucking swear I'm getting really tired of the argument that if there isn't "sex" or "kissing" then somehow it's "too subtle". WTF. And the idea that somehow SK8 Infinity is any more mainstream than something like Sensitive Pornograph is fucking hilarious. Look, just because American executives are too fucking chicken shit to import and dub the steamy BL doesn't make the less steamy stuff somehow more mainstream in Japan.

And then to blame all of this on Pokémon...I just...I can't even.
